Knight Templar News Grand Commandery Officers and Others,
Above is an interesting 1907 snap shot of the first corner stone laying in Bloomington, Indiana, for a new courthouse. In the lower right ¼ you can see Templar feathers. They were there a century ago and so shall the 2007 Templars. On June 16, 2007, the 100th year rededication of the cornerstone will take place. You are invited to assemble with our Grand Lodge in full uniform to walk to the court house square and view our Grand Master (PGC) Duane L. Vaught and our Grand Lodge of Indiana rededicate the 1907 cornerstone. This does not happen very often that our Grand Lodge of Indiana is asked to rededicate or rededicate a public building. I remember only two in my short 20yr membership as an Indiana Freemason. I hope to see as many as possible on Saturday June 16th in Bloomington, IN. See instructions on the linked Adobe Acrobat file.
